In a beautiful turn of providence, this moment echoes history: exactly four years ago, on Rakhi Purnima and the same sacred Tithi of Srimat Swami Niranjananandaji, 22nd August 2021, Sri Pema Khandu, Hon’ble Chief Minister of Arunachal Pradesh, graciously laid the foundation stone for this very project.
