The hospital runs an Immunization Centre, which has been set up with the help of the Tomo Riba Institute of Health & Medical Science, Naharlagun. Lifesaving vaccines such as BCG, OPV and DPT are administered to children in this centre.

Under Direct Observation Treatment of Tuberculosis (DOT) Program, regular monitoring and medicines are provided.

Under HIV AIDS Control Program in collaboration with Arunachal Pradesh State Aids Control Society (APSACS) & National Aids Control Organization (NACO)
