Somnath Swabhiman Parv 2026
Ramakrishna Mission Hospital, Itanagar organized “Somnath Swabhiman Parv” in collaboration with Department of Art and Culture Government of Arunachal Pradesh on 29th March 2026. The program began with lighting of Ceremonial Lamp with Vedic Chanting joined by collective chanting of the Dwadash Jyotirlinga Stotram, creating a celestial spiritual ambiance. Programme featured; Guided Meditation, Classical dance performance, and a very insightful discourse by Dr. Narendranath S., Director, North Eastern Regional Institute of Science and Technology, Itanagar. A documentary on the Somnath Temple demolition and a captivating Shiva Tandava dance performance were key highlights of the event. The function concluded with High Tea for all attendees.
