Progress Report On The Construction of The 200 Bed Multi-Specialty Hospital

This report covers the physical progress of construction of the 200-bedded Multi-Speciality Hospital achieved during the period from February to April 2026, along with details of the ongoing construction activities at site. During the reporting period, construction activities have progressed satisfactorily and in accordance with the approved construction schedule. Major civil works, particularly those related to foundations and tie beams, have been substantially advanced.

1. Progress Achieved from February to April 2026:

• Tie beam works of the North Block have been completed.
• Casting of all columns up to a height of 2 metres above the tie beam level has been completed in the North Block.
• Brickwork at plinth level has been completed in the North Block.
• Soil and sand filling up to plinth level has been completed in the North Block.
• Tie beam works of Middle Block–1 have been completed.
• Casting of 13 numbers of columns up to a height of 2 metres above the tie beam level has been completed in Middle Block–1. 

2. Ongoing Works

• Floor reinforcement works, including cutting, bending, binding, and placement of reinforcement steel, are in progress in the North Block.
• Shuttering and column casting works are in progress in Middle Block–1.
• Soil filling up to floor level is currently in progress in Middle Block–1.
